Customer service is great here. Chauncey and Dustin are great. The mechanic working on our truck was very concerned about our truck and gave us advice.

Great company with great service! I got new wheels and tires and needed them mounted. They got them done in a timely manner and checked my alignment to make sure I was safe. Brake check and tire rotation was done very in a short time. Appreciate the suggested front end allignment and oil leak.

The service was excellent, made my appointment dropped it off by the time I got home I got a call saying that who ever did my oil change before had over torked my drain plug & siliconed it 😤 (that would've been Firestone in Hilo) Lex Brodie's fixed the problem for me without me having to buy a new oil pan ❤️... I will definitely be a repeat customer from now on. The customer service was EXCELLENT!!!

Very courteous and helpful, both on the phone while making my appointment, and at their location. Each employee seems knowledgeable and ready to assist. The work is always done in their estimated time, or before, as is often the case. And the facility is kept tidy and clean, inside and out. A pleasant experience!
