Poor service, all they tried to do was sell me new tires based on the date of my current tires. Although my tires have alot of thread depth they still insisted that I get new tires. All I wanted was a tire rotation and they denied me because of thread depth difference from the back to the front. The worker's looked tired and depleted, blairing some obscenitiy rap music. Very unprofessional I am never going there again.
SIR.... Tires have a shelf life. After 10 years, the tire become unsafe due to age. This is a TIA (Tire Industry of America) Standard that is followed by all Tire Dealers. Even though the outside of the tire looks good, the inside components are compromised. Wires become brittle and the rubber becomes hard. With the weight of the vehicle sitting on old tires, your tires could rupture as you are traveling down the road going 60 miles an hour. We DO NOT want to risk your safety or the safety of others. We are sad to see you leave us, but please know that we only recommended tires because we do care about our customers and their safety. I will mention the unpleasant music to our Store Manager. Thank you for bringing that to our attention. Aloha.... Anita =)
