I had an additive, 1 quart, and they didn't discount me 1 quart off service

Hello Jeffrey.... Thank you for having your vehicle serviced with us. Most additives are ounces in a container. Our oil changes are invoice at a set price and cover up to 5 Quarts. Unfortunately there are no adjustments to the amount of oil used. The main thing is... your vehicle is performing better with the added additive. =) Aloha.... Anita and your Kona Lex Brodie's

Josh was terrific. I needed a safety check on the spot. I had no appointment. Josh was able to get me in and out with a short wait. He also changed the battery in my key remote. Mahalo josh for the great service.

Great service on everything having to do with tires.

Mahalo Phillip for your 5-Star review. We take the time to train our Technicians. They have to take an 8 hour TIA TRAINING class and pass a test the following day. Customer service needs work. Very frustrating when the one employee working the counter answers the phone to give prices and there are 20 customers in the store with their wallets out trying to give Lex Brodie their money. Let voicemail get it or let ' em call back.

Honest, good service. Car was ready when they said it would be and very clean. And this was on New Year's eve AND the last day of the month when they were being "bombed" with last-minute inspection requests.
