Purchased a jeep & the brake fluid was not properly maintained by the previous owners. Front calipers seized. One of my tires was also in very bad shape & needed to be replaced. Brought my jeep in around 1130am. I authorized replacement of all four tires and repair of the front breaks. The car was ready before 430pm. The entire team was helpful & friendly. I will be back for other service as needed in the future as a result of the great service I received. he guys were amazing. Thanks for the fast & great service.

Great service from the time I arrived at the front desk . I had purchased my tires at Lex Brodies. I had a "nail" in one of my tires. I went to the waiting room where there was a TV to watch, magazines to read, plus cold water and coffee to drink. When the tire was repaired I was told that there was no charge and to have a great day!

I had a semi flat tire on my Miata. The person at the front desk at Lex Brody was great! He said the tire would be repaired at no charge since I had purchased my tires at their location. He was very respectful and told me not to worry and took me to the waiting room where there were chairs, a TV, cold water and coffee. When the tire was repaired he came to the waiting room and handed me my keys and said "Have a great day."

Needed new tires for my Camry, so I stopped by to check it out. Matt was courteous and helpful in choosing a tire of value. Top notch, I was very pleased with the service.

Had a flat tire & drove right over. Took care of me right away. Told me in advance they’d try to repair the tire & some circumstances why it’d be irreparable. I also had them check my battery because it was coming up on 5 yrs. They ran a diagnostic & showed me the printout that it was near the end of its life. Had them replace the battery too. All done while I waited - great service!

My van made it home Thursday night after work, but wouldn't start again. Was hoping it might be either battery or alternator from the dimming panel & headlights. Got it in your shop early Friday morning, and you had me back on the road in a couple hours. Mahalo to Mike, Clint, & Jan for helping me on coordinating the repair, and to Ensen for checking my charging system, charging up the battery, and putting in the new alternator...brah, you fast man! I got up Friday morning thinking it was going to be a "headache day", but bringing my van to you & getting it fixed was the easiest part of my day. You made my Aloha Friday!
