Nice facility and awesome professional workers in the Tire Service side!! They always made sure to follow up for appointments and made me feel like I was a truly valued customer.

I brought my truck in for it's annual safety inspection appointment. Iva informed me it needed front mudflaps and would not pass without them-this saved me having to pay for a failed inspection. I left and bought and installed the mudflaps, and then returned to Lex Brodies for the inspection. Despite my appointment time was passed, Ala got my truck right in and in no time at all I was on my way. Both Iva and Ala were very kind,couteous, and professional. And the coffee was great while I watched the news while I was waiting.

The staff at Lex Brodie’s was awesome. Some of the best customer service in Hilo from my phone call to make an appointment thru finishing my car. I love that I can see the mechanic working on my car from the nice waiting area. The time to get all the work on my car was almost an hour shorter than anticipated. I will definitely be using their services again.

Our appointment was to install new tires & rims and the day of our water pump chose to breakdown in front of your store, lol. They took care of our safety inspection. No problem. Heard rumors, not true. I've had nothing but a positive experience. My son recommended then. All was really good. A Gecko was in the creamer in the lounge. Funny. Don't use the creamer. I did like the free Kurig coffee. Nice touch.
