Service was great and Gabby Padilla was very helpful and professional.

After my 2013 Volvo C7 had a sidewall slashed by a damaged road sign, I called Gabby the next morning and he immediately was able to accommodate my request to determine the replacement tire needed for the right rear rim to get me back on the road by 3pm the same day. Excellent service with a can do attitude solved my problem in one day. Mahalo to Gabby and his superb team

Service was great, employees were friendly and enthusiastic about their work. I went in for a tire rotation/balance and mentioned I was hearing a clank sound from my drivers side tire. When they went in there, the mechanic saw I needed a new axel and was kind in explaining the issue and showing me the problem. I am so happy I went in that day and LexBrodies had my car ready for pick up by the end of the day. Thank you!

An easy and exceptional experience. It started from the ability to make an online appointment..... an early drop off key in chute option.....a call to make sure the tires I chose were the best option....text message of my car being worked on and all pertinent info......payment with minimal contact....and finally, all 4 tires changed, balanced and safe. Mahalo to all of you that helped make my 3/24/21 tire experience during this pandemic...AMAZING!
