2 hours for safety inspection and lost my keys.

Had a wonderful chat with one of the "old-timers" there. I turns out I knew his parents! Anyway, all of them are great to work with. Very pleasant! However, I do wish we could get a car wash here in Kamuela too! That would be awesome!!

Service representative was very pleasant and easy to converse with. Overall an excellent experience. Will use them again.

Very, very slow, employees were visiting amongst themselves while customer were waiting on their vehicles. Average wait time was between 2 to 3 hours. I was only getting a tire replaced and I waited over 2 hours.

needed two tires for a trailer and Lex Brodie had them available. Service was friendly and they got mounted ahead of schedule, thank you!
