3 hours in kona yesterday and they didn't even touch my car, I'M DONE WITH KONA. Thank you Clint & service guy's very much. I not only got my tires done I got my safety done as well. 1 HOUR IN & OUT. Waimea or Hilo Lex Brodie from now on.

Came in to change 2 tires, 2 1/2 hours later still waiting for my car to go in the back. I have no luck at this place. 3 hours still nothing, asked to pull my car out can't wait anymore.

SO SORRY BERNIE. =( I inquired with the Store what happened the day you were there and they said they were swamped that day. OUR APOLOGIES for your delay in work getting done on your vehicel. Not our intentions to have our customers wait that long. I guess a large number of customers picked that day to stop in. Hope we are still friends. Aloha.... Your Kona Car Care Team =)
