Terrific service

Had an emergency repair with our Toyota Avalon at 4 p.m. on a Friday and Lex Brodie's was able to troubleshoot and repair the problem within half an hour. Great service

Aloha, I went in for my yearly safety check as I do every year here at Lex Bodies and the service was great and quick....they said 45 mins. to 1 hr or longer... and they completed it all about 10 minutes, Wow I was happy as ever here at Lex Brodies where the customer comes first (I know sometimes they are very busy with many customers and you have to wait a bit but not always!) Excellent! I went because my air pressure was low on a tire (and they fill air on tires for free). I’m not mechanical, and soon found out that I had completely bald tires that were out of alignment. They put on new tires, fixed alignment, and rotated them. I believe they saved me from being stranded somewhere on the side of the road, to be honest. They also said they will send me a reminder to get my tires rotated in the future! Thank You Mike!

Really great customer service, and deals!

These guys know the drill when it comes to customer service and car service. I usually see Allah at the service desk and he is responsive and quick when it comes to getting the car lined up in the service bay for either tire repair or if I need an oil change and tire rotation. Everyone in the customer service center is pleasant and thoroughly explains to each customer cost and associated work. My car dealership service center should be as focused and they’d probably still have my business.
