Kamuela-Let’s just say appt. for basic service and tire rotation was at 11:00 car went in at 1:00 came out at 1:30ish with no tire rotation. Next day oil leak, mind you I live 35 mins. over the mountain so driving back into the shop got me irritated. If my engine blew, would you have paid off my car and got me a new one. Not even a refund or customer service apology or car wash offer. Zip! 🙄 So never going to this location again. Thanks for nothing guys at Kamuela.
