Very happy with Lex Brodie's. They installed parts for my headlights at no additional cost because it didn't work after a few months the first time it got changed for safety inspection. Manager brought me to my car guys working on my car explained that part was probably defective. Tested it while I was there. Manager informed me Lex Brodie's will order part and replace it. Thanks guys! Sorry I didn't get your names.

Always take care of you and always make sure your vehicle gets the attention it needs while also trying to get your back to you ASAP

I have been going to the Pahoa Lex Brodie’s for over 8 yrs. I have always found them courteous and fair when it comes to my now 5 cars (past & present) which they have been my ‘go to’ maintenance and service location. If I ever encountered a problem or issue, they have always been more then courteous and very professional. Love the new recent email they now send out,, breaking down the service done and which also has pictures whenever addressing a topic.

Nice, friendly service. I appreciate them calling me when they found an issue with my sons truck. While it wasn’t a major issue now it was one I was not aware of and could have potentially become a dangerous issue in the future. They didn’t try to over sell me just gave me complete facts about what they found and how they could fix the issue for me right then and there so I didn’t need to worry about it later.

The staff at Lex Brodies in Kamuela make it such a personal experience. They’ve stayed there for many years and know you and take good care of you.
