Great Service

Kamuela-Let’s just say appt. for basic service and tire rotation was at 11:00 car went in at 1:00 came out at 1:30ish with no tire rotation. Next day oil leak, mind you I live 35 mins. over the mountain so driving back into the shop got me irritated. If my engine blew, would you have paid off my car and got me a new one. Not even a refund or customer service apology or car wash offer. Zip! 🙄 So never going to this location again. Thanks for nothing guys at Kamuela.

The staff here is always very helpful from Joe Foglia, Iva and Gabby. Try ten is a great mechanic as well.

The people at Lex Brodie's are great. They definitely took care of all my needs and I will be continuing to use them for not only tire and brake needs but also servicing my vehicles.

5+ years been coming here & I have never had a problem maybe the wait is a little longer than expected but if you think mechanic work is easy maybe you should’ve tried doing it yourself if your just gonna grumble.
