The friendly and courteous staff were accurate with their projection of wait time, verified that the warranty I had would cover the requested service, assisted me in getting to an appointment across town before the car was ready, got in touch as soon as it was ready, and provided a detailed explanation of what caused the problem and what repair was done. Although the wait time was long, they took me as a walk-in and were able to complete the work same day. Overall happy with the service.

I was directed by Toyota to get alignment after new tire purchase. Lex Brodies did an inspection to discover, things were aligned & alignment was not needed. I ws surprised & pleased at the customer service.
