Friendly staff and great mechanics.

I took my car for oil and tires change. They were fast service which was great. But when I picked up my car, the flat tire came right on on my dashboard. I checked the tires many times and they were no flat. Took back for them to fix it. They probably touched a sensor or something but they were going to charge me about $50 just for diagnose plus the fix. The lights weren't not on before tires changed. It was something they did while changing the tires and now they want to charge me to fix something they did? No way . It was my first and last time there.

Lex Brodie's has always been good to me from way back. Once I was on the other side of the island and I didn't know I had run over kiawe thorns until I heard the hiss from my tire. I limped into the shop where I lived and they fixed me up. This last oil change they pointed out to me something I could and did take care of myself. Always appreciated given today's 'money first' world and my tight budget.

Jan and Clint both have impeccable customer service. Timing was on point and done with quality workmanship. I will only bring my cars to Lex Brodies. Mahalo crew !!
