They were quick and efficient. I called asking if they could instal two tires for me, within 15 minutes of my call they were already working on my car. The price was fair and the work was great !

Customer service is the best at Lex Brodies in Pahoa

I had a great experience with Gabby at Lex's in Kailua-Kona. The people were friendly and helpful. The service time and cost was reasonable. They went above and beyond to accommodate me. I will return for my next car service.

Other than your pricing, which has risen far greater than inflation, your services and personal are excellent. Previously two services ago a simple oil change at your Pahoa store it cost over $125. While the most recent oil change in Hilo was about $65. I don’t understand the difference, which makes it economically feasible for me to drive 30 minutes more. That’s a shame when I rather keep the money in the Pahoa area. You should consider having on of your bays in Pahoa exclusively for oil changes.
