Excellent service

This was my first time using the mechanic shop side of Lex Brodies, previously I had only interacted with the quick lube and tire departments. I was very impressed with the quality of service! I was able to get an appointment on short notice. The communication was very clear, including diagnostic photos. They did the work that needed to be done, and did not try to upsell other repairs. I found the prices to be reasonable, and as far as I can tell, the work was done do a high standard. I will be a repeat customer.

Made the appointment and got confirmation online. Excellent communication regarding issues with my vehicle and parts that were needed. Friendly customer service. Got everything done on the same day.

Love the team at Lex Brodies! The service is excellent. Today the internet was down, which limited services they were able to provide. They informed me that I need additional work done, but because of the internet being down they couldn’t give me a quote or look up parts, but Chauncey let me know he would follow up and get in touch with me. I appreciate the incredible service and will choose them everytime!

Fast service.

Dropped in for a safety check about an hour and a half after they opened. Expected to have to wait. Walked over to Blane's for a plate and walked right up to order. No one head of us. Just as our plates came out, Lex's called and said they were done. WOW. Thank you!

These guys are always so friendly. Even when there's a room full of people wanting their attention, they keep it cool and collected. No one is ignored and everyone is helped in a timely manner. These guys all rock but special shout out to Josh! Mahalo.
