Lex Brodie's has always been great for me. I've been having my oil changed and tires rotated and purchases for almost thirty years and always great service.

My car is a 2004 Toyota Avalon which I bought at the dealership in Hilo in 2005. It was being driven by the manager, so no one else but me has driven it all these years. I am going on 80 years old, live alone, and am less than five minutes from the Waimea Lex Brodie. It has been only there for servicing all these years, the staff knows me well, and I trust them. When I call to make an appointment, I tell them my car needs to come to its hospital for treatment! They laugh but take such good care of me! This last "hospital stay" was because the air conditioning was not working. It is now fixed, with the dye in it and a return appointment on Monday just to make sure there is no leak. It is working properly already I think, although they told me to be sure to drive it between now and then to make sure. These people are fantastic!! They drive me home while they are working on the car if necessary {less than five minutes away} and pick me up when it is ready. My car loves them as much as I do, and this is partly why I have been able to drive this wonderful car all these years. Thank you for the opportunity to tell you about these terrific people at Lex Brodie's Waimea.

Lex Brodie's was able to get my car in their shop with just one-day notice. It only needed the tire pressure sensors replaced (every 8 years) and they went above and beyond also performing their 80-point inspection and finding only the cabin filter needed replacing. They also reset the check engine light and noted no faults, probably just a loose gas cap and the CEL would have turned off after a few refills, but it was an added complimentary service that is greatly appreciated. Will definitely return for any future service needs. Addendum: the next day, the spare tire was down to 8 psi. Lex Brodie's got the car in and found the bead seal was leaking due to the original spare tire being 16 years old. Ordered a new tire and had it installed after the weekend. Pricing is competitive to Costco and without the six week wait. Another example of their caring attitude.

My tire trouble indicator turned on and stopped by Lex in Waimea to see if they could help. Harry checked all my tires. Harry was very friendly and helpful. He stopped what he was doing and immediately welcomed me in. Would recommend Lex Brodies!
