Josh is a top-notch employee. I needed an oil change and I had no appointment. When I called to see if it was worth the drive to Waimea from Kohala, Josh reassured me that if I wanted the service, he could “fit me in”. Once I arrived and processed in, he gave me a 90 minute wait time. Considering I had no appointment, I felt it was worth the wait. Low-n-behold, 58 min later, I had new oil & filter! Mahalo Josh and Noah.

The staff at Lex Brodie's Waimea is great. They are always great with customer service, thorough with explaining procedures and costs, they keep you updated while they are working on the vehicle and notify you as soon as it's ready for pick up.
