I am a satisfied customer even when you (Mike Ng) were a customer agent and I continue to get excellent service now that you (Mike Ng) is the manager. My recent experience was wonderful. I went into "LB" thinking that I needed a tire balance, only to be enlightened by Josh Deluz that my tires needed to be replaced for safety reasons. The service was FAST and EFFICIENT. It worked out great. I called only a few hours before I had another appointment in Waimea. I dropped it off, went to appointment and picked it up shortly after. It was so efficient.

The staff was friendly, service was fast, waiting room has been upgraded and was comfortable. I liked that coffee was available, but I did not have any.

Transmission flush and refill - extremely prompt and friendly service. My oil pan plug needed tightening and the mechanic who did my flush pointed it out and promptly tightened it. I very much appreciated the service. Service writer, Ivy was able to accommodate me and was very knowledegeabble. Thank you.
