Lex Brodie's takes amazing care of me and my cars. This time the engine light was one. They were able to detect the issue and fix it right away. My bill in the end was lower than I was quoted as they resolved the situation quickly. Last month my Jeep got stuck in 4 wheel drive. I had a broken leg at the time and was under a lot of stress. I walked in in tears, and Jan gave me a hug and then proceeded to problem solve. LB got the Jeep back into normal drive at no cost that same day, even though I only brought it in around 2pm. They made it possible for me to get to work later that day and the rest of the week. I have received nothing but amazing customer service from LB in Waimea. Thank you so much!

Great, friendly service. Quick and competent. Purchased four tires at a fair price. Service completed within the time frame promised. I take my vehicle to the dealer for regularly scheduled under the hood and chassis service so have never used Lex Brodie Waimea's (LBW) service in those regards. I have obtained safety checks at LBW in the past and those experiences were positive also. I will be back in the future and will recommend to my friends for their tire needs. Mahalo!

I dropped my car off at about 7:45 this past Saturday, January 13 for an oil change. The person who checked in my car, Josh, discovered a low tire and immediately saw a nail in the tire. I was grateful for that. While waiting, I strolled over to the close-by farmers market. A few minutes later everyone's phones got the missile alert. I hurried back to Lex Brodies as they were closing the business, giving people their cars and keys. The staff that I saw were very professional and calm while helping others. My car had not been worked on yet, and I didn't know if I could drive it home with the nail in the tire. Josh was very kind and smart. He had me pull up to the bay, and he filled the tire. I drove about 17 miles home. Soon afterward I called Lex Brodies to find that they had re-opened. I drove back. My car was serviced in a timely way. I appreciated the staff's help, especially Josh. Please thank him.

Went in to do a safety check inspection. The staff was very courteous , helpful and friendly. The guy that helped me said it would be about 25-45 minutes wait time. I waited in the wait area and my car was done in a timely manner. Over all very happy with the service and I would definitely go back again.
