The customer service was exceptional. The guys in the front do an amazing job of taking the time needed to make sure you are getting exactly what you need. They aren't just trying to sell you anything. The staff all had suck positive attitudes. If you go there make sure and talk to Mike as he will definetly take good care of you!!! I've had such bad experiences at the location in Kona and these guys really made me believe in what they are doing! They are providing exceptional customer service and backing it up with quality service.

Anytime I have called or visited a Lex Brodie's in Waimea or Kona, for any reason, it has been with a friendly greeting and exceptional, efficient service. They explain the work that needs to be done and review the cost with me, so I am able to make informed and confident decisions regarding my vehicles. Not only do they listen attentively to decipher what I'm trying to explain with my limited knowledge of automobile function, but the Lex Brodie's team also help me with those essential things I sometimes overlook (like an oil change or an expired safety check!). Service on May 16th, 2018... Jan, Mike and Josh all took great care and professionalism in their service, and in truth, I must commend the entire staff at your Kamuela store.... I ended up choosing this location, because they were hands down the most helpful and professional over the phone, and this includes me talking to the Auto Dealers' staff as well. From the moment I called, Jan was expedient and caring with her attitude and attention she delivered regarding all my questions and concerns. When I dropped off the car, the service techs and managers were extremely polite and amiable. They were excited for my Lift Project on my Tacoma, and we are already planning our next visit, which will be rims and tires... We cannot offer enough praise for your staff at Kamuela. Mahalo Nui! Yesterday on our way to Kona we realized our tires needed to be changed. We needed to make sure we were safe on the roads as we travel to and from Puna. I called Jan at the Waimea location because she had given me such great customer service in the past. Thank goodness they did have the correct size. We drove to Waimea from Kona, when we arrived Josh greeted me, took my keys, went out to inspect our truck. Upon his return he informed me that my safety check expires at the end of the month. To save me another trip, they did my safety check. Thank you Waimea Lex Brodie’s!
