Appears to be a thorough and accurate correction of significant alignment problem. Drove Waimea to Kona immediately after alignment and could feel the improvement.

My wait time was very comfortable with a place to charge my phone, hot chocolate and news on tv.

Stopped in on Sunday to see if we could get some help with a trailer tire my husband could not fix himself. We came in and spoke to Chansey and he was awesome. He took the tire from us and the valve we had bought to try and fix it and did it for us. As we were waiting , we spoke to another young man about safety checks, and he told us that currently they do these on Sundays also and asked if we wanted it done as we waited for the tire and we said yes. Both the tire and safety check was done in about 15 min. , I was thrilled! These guys have excellent customer service, and are willing to go above and beyond to assist the people in our community. Great Job!
