Service was done thoroughly. My car over heater and they corrected the issue. Customer service agents are always friendly and do their best in supporting and caring for the customer. The store is clean with coffee. The bathroom is always stocked with appropriate service items and clean.

I had a total front brake job done on my truck and the estimate came right on the money for the total cost, which was much less than I was quoted from another shop. Cudos to the Kamuela Lex Brodie where I take all my auto neeeds!

From the time I called for safety check Jan took care of me, check in was also her and call back to pickup was also her, she runs the whole show by herself w/good guys in back of the shop. I came in 2hrs before my appt. time and took me in-was done in 1hr way before my original time slot. I have used Lex Brodie's a lot of times and will continue to use them. MAHALO'S IRA

Wonderful experience overall for getting my car safety inspected! Easy to make an appointment online. I was in and out in about 20 minutes - didn't even have time to finish my cup of water!
