I was directed by Toyota to get alignment after new tire purchase. Lex Brodies did an inspection to discover, things were aligned & alignment was not needed. I ws surprised & pleased at the customer service.

Arrived a few minutes before my 8 a.m. appointment. Clint promptly started preliminary safety checks on my vehicle and called me 30 minutes later to say my vehicle was ready to pick up. The Kamuela location provides consistently excellent service when I bring in a vehicle.

I cannot recall the name of the gentleman on the phone who helped walk me through the long list of service items that were recommended for my brakes. He was wonderful, informative and funny! We went through the email with photos of my brakes that Lex Brody sent me. I was amazed that I could see everything that needed to be done.
