Well I had a appointment for 3 PM on Dec 29 and I was a little early and they took my truck right away. I needed a safety inspection, oil change and Tire rotation. Everything was completed in what seemed to be a short time. I did notice that all wheels were checked for balance and I was pretty impressed with that. This truck normally goes to the dealer but the dealer had become lax on servicing and taking care of the customer. The truck was in at the dealership on Dec 16, 2020 and I had a 7 AM appointment and they put the truck in the parking lot and it sat there while other customers were getting their vehicles right in. I went and got my keys and left the dealership and had to decide who to contact for the service. I was able to watch a little on the person working on my truck and I was impressed with the way they took care of it. For me this is a truck maybe I should not have bought but I do love it very much and I like to see people taking good care of it. I pay for good service and I really expect to get the good service. There is no doubt that this truck will be back again. I have to admit I feel like I got very good quality service on my truck. Hope all these guys have a wonderful and safe New Year.
