Okay, I've written reviews on this shop on Yelp so I'm not sure if this sight is connected to that. Anyway I am always happily surprised by the excellent customer service of this place. And it must start with management. It doesn't matter if I make an appointment or or walk-in, they always attempt to get me in and out as efficiently as possible. Sometimes they do get REALLY busy and they tell me so. So it's up to me whether I want to wait or make an appointment or come back another day. Today I had tire issues, I needed a safety check, the TPMS light was on... just a bunch of crazy stuff all at once. Went into Lex Brodie Pahoa w/o an appointment. They were very busy at 8:20am already. They still took me in and estimated an hour for repairs. No problem. Left my car, walked over to Burger King, had an ice tea two chocolate chip cookies and flirted with the manung lady behind the counter. 9:02 Brutis (the manager) calls me and said my car is ready. Okay, so he cut my line with the BK pinay, BUT my car is ready 30 minutes earlier than expected. I walk back to Lex Brodie and it's even more crowded than before, but sure enough my car is complete. All I can say is that crew over there on 6/2/22 is outstanding. Started off my day on a perfect note.
