I have been going to the Pahoa Lex Brodie’s for over 8 yrs. I have always found them courteous and fair when it comes to my now 5 cars (past & present) which they have been my ‘go to’ maintenance and service location. If I ever encountered a problem or issue, they have always been more then courteous and very professional. Love the new recent email they now send out,, breaking down the service done and which also has pictures whenever addressing a topic.

They got my car in and out in a timely manner. Service was great!!

I was rescheduled for my vehicle inspection a number of times due to the inspector's family emergency. The staff informed each time of the cancellation apologizing for the delay. It was explained to me that his brother was seriously ill and in the hospital. I want to thank the staff for letting me understand the situation, being professional and conducting themselves in an exemplary fashion. Family should always be the number one priority.

Wow! I called because my tire was continuing to go flat every couple days and wanted it looked at. They didn't answer when I called but less than 3 minutes later they called me back apologizing that they'd missed my call, I told them what was going on and they told me to come in right away. When I got there, they were waiting for me and these folks were awesome. Fabulous customer service, knowledgeable and efficient technicians with kick ass attitudes. They had my tire fixed for a great price in less than 20 minutes. Oh! When I was waiting, I received a call from a number I didn't recognize, which was another customer service agent from Lex Brodie asking if I was contacted and was I being helped. Talk about going the extra mile! And then they told me about the free Thanksgiving Dinner they support and help with for the community. How cool is that!! Great business with love for their community. What a great experience. Mahalo!!
