My tires were quickly assessed and I was given information I needed to make a decision. Quality tires were available at a lower price than I expected. There was an unavoidable delay but a service rep came out to explain to those waiting about the issue and they completed the work asap. Additionally, my tires/rims were washed - a service I wouldn't even know to ask about. I asked about timing belt replacement costs for my car and Chris said he would call me with that info. Within a couple of hours he did call and I was very pleased with his report. Thanks Lex Brodie!

I had a flat on the front passenger side, with a new tire only 2 months old. Luckily I purchased the LB warranty with it. They couldn't repair it, so they gave me a brand new tire ! Same exact tire, brand new, and quickly. In and out in an hour! Great people!!!
