Everything went well from the beginning to the endupon checking and checking out. Got my recommendation for the next visit as well. And got my truck brought to me at the front cause it was parked in the lot! That is SERVICE!! Mahalo!

Always professional and friendly. The location is super busy and can take longer to get in and out, but they do their best to keep things moving. Also I love the reminders they send me for servicing.

Jan was perfect as always. Sorry I didn't catch the name of the man who changed my wipers, also perfect. And of course it was raining!

I brought my vehicle to trouble shoot a problem I was trying to started it. The mechanic couldnt re-produce the problem and therefore could diagnose or repair the vehicle. I was asked to bring the vehicle back if the problem started again. I was originally going to have to pay a diagnostic and repair bill but I was not charged for the visit. I will be back if the problem persists.

It took a while, but Malie was very nice and accommodating to me. Good communication and she is very nice and talks to the team of men with an ease. Very grateful for the experience and asking for a raise for all the team members. Aloha.
