I just finished getting front tires, an alignment, and an oil change. I received excellent customer service and would like to thank Louis for all of his help. Prices were fair, there were no surprise charges, and I didn't feel forced into any unnecessary purchases. Was this review ?

My wife and I share one car so it's vital that it be dependable for us. We've been very pleased with the service we've gotten here at Lex Brodie's over what's probably more than two decades now. Today I had great help from Justin and Ben with diagnosing problems with our car. Was this review ?

The best car center on the Big Island. I go here and Waimea for almost 5 years now. Kona is always fast and easy and does excellent work. The guys I the shop know there craft and always do solid service every time I go with very little wait time. This so fellas

Post inquiry online...got no answer. Go there to get a quote...too busy to attend to me. Asked for a tire to be mounted and was told too busy to mount a tire but it could be done for $33.00. I went to Sears and got it done same day and for $13.00.

Hello Louis, I'm sorry we missed your inquiry! I see all of the on-line quotes that come in and I have not seen yours. Please forgive us for overlooking your request. And I apologize once again if our Pahoa Store was too busy to help you. We really try our BEST to please all of our customers. We are glad that you got the work done and Sears was so accomodating. Have been to Lex Brodies tires 5 times now for a safety inspection because every time they tell me I need something new. The first time, yes it was my mistake for not having something needed. But since then I have paid for the inspection , and keep being told to come back because of time or they have made me wait over an hour every time when the previous time they tell me tomsimpky bring the paper for a picture and I'll be done. Most of the staff seem to not care much about their customers. I'm currently waiting still, for over an hour for them to simply take a picture and give me a sticker. Hopefully this is the last experience with Lex Brodies.

Thank you Justin for expressing your frustrations. Normally safety Inspections are not this complicated. I will address this with out Hilo Store Manager to make sure that if a customer fails the State Inspection that EVERYTHING is addressed at the first visit. I apologize for your long wait and the inconvenience. Aloha.... Anita =)

Mike at the Pahoa Lex Brodie's was on it! My appointment was easy to make, and my service was excellent. My wait time was short and I was able to get my shopping in at Malama at the same time! Friendly staff. Recommend this location for safety checks. Was this review ?
