I was early for my Safety Inspection appointment but the Technician immediately took care of my car. It was finished when I returned. The Technician was very pleasant and personable. He performed my safety inspection rapidly and accurately. I will definitely take my Pilot to Les Brodie in the future.

My Mazda5 front right tire required instant repair due to a screw I accidentally picked up while emptying my rubbish at the county dumpster. We did not expect such a horrific incident, but thanks to Hilo Lex Brodie's Tires! Within an hour our tire was repaired. The lady receptionists in the office tended urgently to my concerns & the waiting room accommodations were excellent. Definitely, I always depend on Hilo Lex Brodie's Tires. Excellent service. I had occasion to walk in one late afternoon without an appointment for a minor repair (headlight bulb change). I was received graciously by the employee and was told they could do the job that afternoon before closing. I went for a cup of coffee expecting a 2 hour wait and was pleasantly surprised to receive a call a half hour later that the job was done. A very fast, friendly and efficient at a reasonable cost.
