I needed new tires and liked the ease of scheduling online and getting a quote via email. It saved me time having to call. The staff were very friendly and professional and my car was done in the time they promised.

My truck wouldn't start after filling up at Costco and had to be towed in. They checked it out and couldn't find anything wrong. I picked it up and they didn't charge me anything. I would have been happy to pay for the time spent but they didn't ask me to. I drove it home with no issues. It's a mistory what caused it not to start but they gave me some ideas to try which I have followed up on. Just have to drive it until it happens again - if it ever does. Keeping fingers crossed. Very pleased with their service.
