I liked the inspection, friendly staff, would have gotten 5 stars but they tried to charge me considerably more than the price quoted on the phone.

I cannot even give Lex Brodie’s one star I was told at the estimate that I signed that my tire was covered by the lifetime protection warranty I had purchased with the tire. AFTER the tire was mounted they charged me full price apparently because the tire was not covered by warranty. I also had to take a round trip Uber to my dentist because the wait was extremely long for the car service to be finished. The wait was also very bad at the Waimea Lex Brodie’s. Go someplace else for tire service.

Mey expectations were exceeded. David was helpful and a great communicator. The feature of having photos and detailed report was very helpful. No high pressure up selling - just honest. I bought new tires and am very satisfied.
