Staff were professional, courteous and helpful. They rotated 4 tires, completed the safety check and provided me with a report of all 85 items checked within 1 hour of my arrival. Making the appointment online was a smooth and easy process and I received a reminder notice prior to my appointment. The waiting area was comfortable and spacious.

I dealt with young man name Josh who helped me with a concern I had during my recent oil change. He went out of his way to help me. I was so happy when I left. I wanted to tip him but he refused. He had wonderful customer service skill so I will go again to Lex Brodie’s Tire Company and ask for Josh again. Than you very much Josh!
