Wife got a nail in her run-flat tire on a new Mini Cooper. She did not drive on the run-flat tire, it deflated in garage. Tire has less than 1000 miles, basically a new tire. BMW repair said “Buy a new $260 tire, and we’ll plug the current tire”. Ridiculous. It’s an easy plug repair! Lex Brodies went better! Said they would apply an internal patch. $30 later, my run-flat is beautifully patched! Than you Lex Brodie’s!

Lex Brodie's Pahoa garage has consistently shown friendly, professional, FAST, and effective service. I have entrusted my car to these folks since they opened in Pahoa years ago and it is such a relief to know I can have my repair issues addressed fairly and promptly. Additionally, I know I can just drop by with a car question anytime I need answers. I love having a 'neighborhood' mechanics that are trained and employ state of the art diagnostic equipment that shows exactly what is needed to resolve problems. Thanks L.B. team! Valery

This time I was helped by "Matt" and he was great at making sure I was in total understanding of the work completed on my vehicle prior to leaving. They really show compassion and unlike most shops, Lex Brodies does NOT rob your pockets! I also appreciate the fact that they warn me if my vehicle needs additional attention or if the price of repair is higher than originally quoted due to the extra servicing/parts. again hidden costs that are not ok for us on fixed income. had 4 new tires and alignment and drove down hwy only to find my car was pulling to the right which it was fine before i got simply got tires and an alignment.i had an appointment at 9 am . they said 2 hours max... turned into 3! i would have made different plans... this place in pahoa is the worst service ever... with smiles...super uncool and unprofessional. not worth the frustration. now i have to go back and deal with this idiocy again?
