Went for a safety check. On a new car from the mainland. Stopped by an asked to get scheduled. They took me in. Had it done in 45 minutes. They are hard working and get things done.

Great service. I got a flat and they not only mounted and balanced, but offered free tire rotation and noticed my safety was due at the end of the month and knocked that out, too.

Wow, I don't think I've ever had better service! Super kind people with all the knowledge and facts to help me choose my new set of tires, plus a free safety check that let me know my front brakes are needing replacement. Everyone I interacted with were so nice, and it felt genuine. They really go out of their way. I will definitely be back.

The service I got from the kona location was nothing but excellent. The customer service was felt authentic. it wasn't fake. The service was quick. Which is what you want.

Front end-check out workers are awesome. They make people feel like they do care about your car problems. They are great in explaining every detail of work that needs to be done.
