Tried to cheat me, never again. Beware! 40 minutes to hear they can't plug my tire and because it's AWD I have to replace 4 tires.... Not surprisingly Firestone plugged it just fine. I was wearing my work clothes. The fit said you got s good job you can afford it. Really sad, they used to be fair.

Our team did the right thing by recommending that all 4 tires be replaced for an AWD. They don't want you to burn out your DRIVETRAIN. And here is why: In an all-wheel-drive system, the central computer ensures that each wheel gets the right amount of torque. It reduces slippage and maximizes the wheel control. If any of the tires have less tread amount or smaller circumference than the others, the computer will take incorrect readings and send wrong information to other components. Driving with mismatched tires for a long time can burn out the drivetrain.
