Great people, excellent service A+++

I am always happy taking my trucks for tires n services.

The team was super fast, friendly, and professional. I came in for a safety inspection and barely had time to grab lunch (next door) before they called me to say it was done!

I went to Lex in Kamuela to get two tires changed out. First trip, they were super short handed so I left and went back a couple weeks later. Curtis and another woman were helping customers who were grumbling about their car not being done. I'm giving 5 stars because: 1) Curtis handled the grumblers like a champ 2) No business is perfect and businesses are short handed these days- we all need to be more understanding. 3) My new tires were put on just right. If you are heading to Lex in Kamuela maybe ask the workers how their day is and give em some aloha!

I needed to buy a tire, but then realized I actually needed to purchase four tires. Iva really helped me find what I needed and even put a rush on it since the Kona store didn't have enough of the tires I needed. So I waited one day and the tires were delivered. While they put the new tires on, they also performed a safety inspection so I could renew my registration. I had a nice place to sit outside (the store is too cold for my liking) and they put the four tires on, did a front end alignment and the safety check all in 2 1/2 hours. I was happy with the service!
