We have relied on Lex Brodie's Pahoa since we moved to the Big Island in 2011. They have always been honest and thorough, and the work always first rate.

My vehicle received the good care that I have come to expect from Lex Brodie's. My dad knew Lex from growing up in Honolulu. I knew who he was also. A real character, but also a hard worker.

This location services our company vehicles and my personal vehicle. They are always friendly, provide fair and accurate quotes and finish the work in a timely manner.

We didn't get the name of the roadside service technician, but he was amazing!! 20 minutes into our Hawaiian vacation, we had to pull over with a flat tire. Within minutes he was there to help and what an incredibly hard worker...traffic whizzing by and he fixed us up without batting an eye!! Absolutely recommend!

In utilizing the Lex Brodie Pahoa location over the past three years, the staff have always been professional and courteous. This recent appointment was no exception, despite the fact it was for a safety check inspection only. They received the truck at the scheduled time, and the mechanic conducting the evaluation was prompt and attended to the procedure without interruption. I was in and out within 30 minutes. I have had my safety inspections conducted at other authorized businesses and have been subject to a wait period until a mechanic could be available to complete the inspection. But, not so here at Lex Brodie Pahoa. I have utilized Lex Brodie Pahoa for safety inspections and tire replacement on all three of my vehicles since the business opened. There have been changes in staff mechanics over time, but Burtis Porter, as manager, has a special knack for hiring individuals who are courteous, cheerful, and show a genuine interest in not only me, as customer, but my vehicle, rather it be my truck or one of my cars. Although the location is not listed here as part of the Lex Brodie's chain, it is open for business and provides a crucial service for those of us living in the Puna district on the Big Island.
