Well i was happy to get a oil change appointment and while the vehicle was there i also wanted the AAA Sumer check up. I normally take very good care of my vehicle and it is almost like my baby. I love this truck and as the technician drove the truck into the bay he also caught the eyes of the other technicians. I could tell or maybe i should say i felt that my baby was in very good hands. The service did not really take a long time and i was on my way home with in one hour and i was happy to know my vehicle was serviced and would be fine until the next service date. The dealership has been having problems with people coming down with COVID and not able to work. The problem was they have been having this problem for some time and they are not advising the customer in advance. Their problem is lack of real management as the people are not really interested in serving the customer. After driving all the way to the dealership i find out they were going to reschedule my appointment. Then they decided thy could squeeze me in and i really did not want that. Why should i take a appointment when the technician is over worked and doesn’t have the time to do the job right. The service that i received today is second to none and i will probably be coming back on my next service.

Receptionist was very kind and friendly. Although I had an hours wait, the waiting area was very pleasant! I had coffee, got to talk stories with a fellow classmate who was also waiting for his vehicle. Very accommodating waiting area, I was impressed! Thank you very much! 🫶🫶

Brought my car in for a safety inspection. Both the staff person that checked me in and the person that signed me out were very friendly and professional. Was told the wait was going to be a while because there was only one technician in that day. My car ended up being ready much sooner than expected.

Service Tech explained in detail what items needed attention and which items could wait to be done at a later date if I wanted I liked the idea of taking pics of the items needing attention and showing it to the customer

Nelmar checked me in and was great at explaining the options available and then confirming what inspections and services would be performed. The issues that I suspected were confirmed by the inspections. Appreciate the photos of the issues. Pick up was smooth as well.
