My wife and I received outstanding service from the Lex Brodie's location in Pahoa recently after our truck was vandalized last November. A customer service representative at the Pahoa location coordinated finding a replacement gas tank for our 2006 Mazda truck; this is a difficult item to find and, when found, was not in stock for a period due to supply disruptions nationally. He conducted the search for this part, coordinated care and protection of our truck for a significant period, updated us regularly, and ensured the part was shipped and installed as soon as it was available. We had been taking both our vehicles to Lex Brodie's, Pahoa, for over 5 years and are always highly satisfied with the professionalism, service delivery and customer service. Thank you!

Update: New management, New crew. Things are better. I still can't bring myself to get repairs done here but for safety checks and tires they seem to be on top of it. Previous review: Been ripped off here more than once. Anything other than tire install is a gamble.

Clint Cariaga was very professional and helped me right away even though it was obvious that they were really busy. Quoted me a time of how long it would take them to have my tire changed and they had it done way sooner than expected. Very happy with my experience.
