I use to go here a lot for work. I'm sad to say after my most recent visit would be my last visit here. I went in to get a sound looked at which was figured out. What makes me upset is little over a year ago I went in for brakes that made a lot of noise when reversing. I got a brake job done for that. I was told by someone there that the material they used for the brakes is the reason for the noise. After the job was done it still made the same noise, me thinking it was the material. When I went in for this other problem, another noise that was happening was because of there back brakes. Its been little over a year and they were nice to only charge parts. I just feel like the brakes that went on recently should have been put on in the first place. The paperwork even said recommend placing brake material with better grade material. I feel like I wasted money since this should have been done the first place and not have to do it again little over a year. I also asked if a clip could be pushed in for my sun visor. I noticed afterword's it wasn't done. I told the guy who checked my car in and when I called on the phone about it and they said it was being done. It wasn't. I wish this didn't happen and things were taken care of the first time and when I asked for it.
Thank you for yor feedback and so sorry we failed you. That is not our intentions. We try to use after market parts to do most of our repairs-which include brakes. This saves on the cost for the customer. Sometimes, we have to use the OE parts from the dealership to remedy the issue. This increases the price to the consumer. In an effort to save you money, we didn't make the noise go away the first time. Again, our Apologies. Aloha... Anita =)
