My alternator went south while in Hilo (I live up Volcano way), and the folks at the Hilo location did a check and told me the problem. I left the vehicle with them in hopes they could fit me in. I was fairly desperate b/c I was driving to Kona two days later to catch a flight to the mainland. I was totally surprised when they called the next morning and said the new alternator was already in. What great service! And everyone was so nice the whole time about everything. They da best!

Had my Yukon serviced there in 2020. Recently found out they put ATF with no anti slip additive in transfer Case so transfer case started making a clunking noise. Called them to see if things could be resolved and of course in their eyes they did nothing wrong. Contacted numerous auto shops and all said i need to change out oil and put the correct oil in. Very bad experience with them... Please people double check their work... I learned my lesson... Down a vehicle and a whole lot of unnecessary mechanic bills now.
