Oil change and Safety check. Only took about 1/2 hour. No fuss.

I choose Lex Brodie‘s in Waimea for several reasons. For one it is very convenient to be able to leave my car, walk across the street to my work place and then pick my car up after work. I also appreciate the updates throughout the day via a personal phone calls and emails at the same time. One of the biggest reasons why I keep coming back to Lex Brodie‘s Waimea, is the customer service that Jan and several other service agents at Lex Brodie‘s provide. I trust Jen and know that she always has my best interest in mind. My car is taken care off. I know it is safe once the mechanics have looked it over. I also know that Jan will make sure that I will not be taken advantage of and that I always get the best deal. I appreciate Jan and the service that the Lex Brodie‘s team has provided to me. The guys at Lex Brodie's Kona are always quick, good communicators, knowledgeable, and as a group they have a good checks and balances things going on where they fill in the gaps for one another to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Seems like they have the team-work thing down. I love that they give me a printed reminder sticker for when my next oil change is due and that they have all the records from my past visits - it makes it easy for me and gets me in and out faster. Fixed my flat, no charge. I bought the set there recently. They called first thing Monday when I called late Saturday.

I went in for my regular oil change and tire rotation. Check-in was fast and the work was excellent. Great courteous, knowledgeable and friendly staff who always treat you with Aloha.

Lex brodies (Kona) has the best service. Went through every little details that my car needed service for that i never knew needed service at all. Applause to the service team! Job well done.
