Lex Brodie's Hilo is FANTASTIC! The service and staff can't be beat. We are lucky to have such a great auto shop.

Second visit - different location. PROS: Same great service at great prices as I got at the wiwoole shop. Detailed invoice of work and inspection performed. Web link to paperwork (work performed, findings, vehicle assessment...including numerical values of the readouts from test equipment and pics for proof). Friendly and professional workers. And no upselling. CONS: 🤔

Even though the shop was quite busy my car was attended to in a timely manner. The office staff is always friendly and helpful.

Came in by accident but got me in and out in a hour and a half.

I came early and left early with a fresh annual safety inspection. Never fun to get these chores done and glad the staff is nice and competent. Earlier they kindly pointed out a broken light and didn't want to charge me so let me have it fixed and come back later.
