I live in Volcano and work in Hilo. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the service I receive at Lex Brodies. I had a slow tire leak. The gentlemen had my tire repaired in no time. AMAZING!! They are ALWAYS so friendly, quick, and thorough. This time around there was a problem with one of my brake lights, the 3rd light above my SUV's trunk door and instead of ignoring it they took off the spoiler wing and replaced my bulb for me as part of my service. It was also a super hot day and they gave me a cold bottle of water. So nice to also run through the car wash right afterwards. It's so convenient to have a quality, friendly service like Lex Brodie's close to home in Waimea. The new reporting system is fabulous. When I'm away from home and my family takes my car in for service, I get a detailed report with photos! This not only shows me what needs attention, but I have a better understanding of why.
