Had my tire patched and it started to leak again. Brought my car back in and they fixed it for free. Great customer service. Just a bit of a long wait even with an appointment. But worth it.

An entirely new experience with Josh, Gabe and the entire crew at the Waimea Lex Brodie's. They were unexpectedly amazingly honest, professional, knowledgeable and kind through out the entire automotive repairwork. I highly recommend them.

Gabby was extremely helpful and friendly. In fact, all the other staff members were very friendly and willing to help too. Gabby reviewed the service and went over the recommendations. He also suggested I call or drop by anytime if I had any questions or concerns. The staff was awesome in their service.

Stephen was extremely helpful. I came in for a tire rotation, but was informed that my tires were too worn and I needed 2 new tires as well as an alignment. After agreeing to the proposal, the technician told me that I didn't ne d the alignment, saving me $100. That's what I call real Aloha, Mahalo!

Thank you for doing a double check and taking the extra time to drive my Pathfinder around the block to double check things out. I would have never know the motor mounts were in such desperate condition! I also appreciate you helping me prioritize what needed to be done immediately to be safe and what could be done at a later time.
