I am pleased with the work they always do for me. They fix whatever I am in there for in the time they say they will. The office folks are helpful and pleasant and always explain what needs to me done and in what time frame.

So Victoria warned me it might be an hour or so to get my safety check done, but they finished and I was out of there in 15 minutes! Wow! I don't think they can do that all the time, but that was neat today. Thanks to Victoria and the technician who checked my car out.

Jan was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional. The only thing I think needs improvement is the lack of eye contact or any other kind of acknowledgment that there is a customer in the store. A “I will be with you in a moment is good.”
