I don't normally leave reviews but the service for me yesterday was exemplary. I made an appointment, John was the customer service rep, who was extremely friendly and worked through the check in process quickly. They took my truck on time, they finished ahead of time, they asked very politely about some extra services they thought my truck needed, they sent me a list of services and things I should think about for next time. I went home and told my wife I had to brag about the service I received. Not a normal experience in this day and age. Thanks Lex Brodie! God Bless

The staff at the Waimea facility are outstanding!! They are very thorough with their evaluation of your vehicle and get the work done in a very short time, even when added repairs are needed. It's a pleasure to take our vehicles there knowing that they will be serviced professionally and at a very reasonable cost.
