Jan has consistently welcomed us, making sure we are taken care of. The shop has delivered only top quality service in the ten years we have known them. Recently, we were in a spot, driving a reclassified truck from DMV to Kapaau. Jan saw that we needed an unscheduled safety inspection and fit us into their always over-full schedule. These are not just mechanics for tires, suspension, etc. They are neighbors and friends.

This young man has impressive communication skills! He made me feel confident my car was in good hands. I later received a phone call and email that my car was ready for pick up. Super impressed w/ the email link as it provided photos of my vehicle, tire damage and repair w/ a detailed explanation.
