All staff members provided excellent customer service, very friendly, and did an excellent job in a timely manner. Would like to specifically mention Malie. Above and beyond customer service. Highly recommend.

Even though they were short staff. The manager worked on my truck himself to do a tire rotation so I could leave in time for my drs appointment. Example of excellent service!

Awesome service! Had an unexpected nail in my tire and they got me in the same day a couple hours before closing, was able to patch it up no problem and even waited until after closing for me to come and pick my car back up!

On April 27, 2023 I took my Chevy Avalanche to have a tire repair. I got there at 0655 am and Customer Service MATA welcomed me and opened the doors promptly at 0700. She took my request of what needed to be done on my car. After waiting approximately 20 minutes my car was repaired. What service and friendly personnel you have at the Kailua-Kona store.
