Went for a safety check and they could not print out the new tag ... but did the best they could and I was kept in the loop so I could go by later to get my new tabs.

There was a misunderstanding on my service. We were able to remedy this issue. Very glad they take photos to show the process of fixing/servicing the vehicle. Did good keep up the great management of the associates to insure proper care.

I purchased 6 tires for my truck; 315 each with warranty tax disposal install everything. Very happy. A month later I hit a pothole; ruins my rim, blows out my tire. Brought the truck in, boom Warranty covered it; no question no hey was this your fault, no well maybe actually the warranty technically only covers… Nope! Not the typical BS! I will bring you all of my vehicles from this point on. You’ve won my business for doing the right thing. Unlike R & G Tire! Support local not a tire company from the mainland ripping everyone off and than not taking responsibility for their work! Very Happy!

Good customer service

Had oil and safety done..I couldn't find the registration but they were still able to do my safety check..It did take awhile but I understand they only have 1 guy doing Safety checks..Been taking my vehicles to Lex for years..I think they do a good job..Mahalo guy's

Excellent service and professional personnel

I flew from Honolulu to Kona to renew my truck's safety check and vehicle registration. It's a stressful experience but the excellent service by the Lex Brodies' staff got me taken care of. Thank you Little Stevie and the tall gentleman for your outstanding help. I apologize for not getting the name of tall gentleman but your guidance I was eligible to use the Safeway machine instead of going to DMV to get the registration done was a godsend.
