Good evening!

I could not help write to let you know how satisfied I am with the services I received today at the Kona Lex Brodies. I took my vehicle in this afternoon, because I saw a nail in one of my tires. Dan came out to look at the tire and said the vehicle should be ready in an hour. However, I had a meeting in less than 30 minutes, and he offered if I needed a ride. But, then he asked if I would rather come back later after my meeting. I told him I would come back, and he asked the technician, Thomas to check on the tire pressure before I took off. Thomas certainly checked the tire with soap water first and said to me it should be okay if I am going to be driving for a short distance. He then put some air in my tire. I came back an hour later, checked in with the front person, and Thomas came to help take the nail off, and he was very patient. Initially, we did not see any bubbles at all after he put the soap water on to the tire, but he waited and we saw a very small amount of white substance around the area where the nail was. Thomas said there was a very slow leak. He took the car in and started to repair the tire. It makes me feel very good as a customer, because your staff took their time to provide the best service. It has been quite some time since I actually took time to write and let company know they are successful because their staff does a great job. I hope you will share with your staff that I truly appreciate their help and their professionalism will continue to bring success to your company.

I had a limited budget, limited time, and extra favors i needed & you made them all happen! You are the best. Not only did you stay within the price range i negotiated with you, you also got my tires here & installed the next day...all with your knack for scheduling so they could be picked up from Hilo & put on today. Many Maholos! Please FWD this to your "supervisor/owner" cuz i understand you are a "Marketing Director" & it is just awesome you step on the floor & help people like me:) Also, in your absence, the men on the floor were very helpful & wonderful.
