What tires are available for this coverage?
Passenger car and light truck tires with an aspect ratio of 50 and above. Light truck tires of rim size 17 inches and smaller. No tires used in commercial service, or trailer tires.

What is covered?
Tires that are damaged as a result of a puncture, bruise, or impact break incurred by objects on the paved roadway. Examples of this are nails, potholes, glass or debris on the pavement. Tires that are run low on air (run flat) are also covered.

What is not covered?
Tires that have failed due to a vehicle accident, intentional vandalism and racing applications are not covered. Tires failed due to rapid and irregular wear caused by mechanical vehicle conditions as well as tires used 'off the road' as deemed by the Tire Experts at Lex Brodie's.

How much does coverage cost?
Coverage will cost 10% of the tire's price at the time of the sale.

Tire Replacement Terms
If a tire can be safely repaired and is within 2/32nds of useable tread wear remaining it will be repaired, not replaced. If a tire is past 2/32nds of tread wear at any point in the tread or is past its guaranteed mileage it will be considered worn out and is not available for replacement. Tires that meet the conditions for the Road Hazard Warranty will be replaced under the following conditions: If the tire is within its 1st 25% of tread wear, the cost of the tire will be $0. If the exact tire is not available, a like tire meeting the same tire requirements will be provided. The Road Hazard Warranty must be paid for on the current selling price of the replacement tire to continue coverage on all previously purchased tires. If a tire is past its initial 25% of tread wear, the tire will be adjusted on a pro-rated basis (example, if a tire has 10/32nds of useable tread and is damaged at 5/32nds, 50% of the original selling price will be credited to the customer). If the exact tire is not available, a like tire meeting the same tire requirements will be provided. The Road Hazard Warranty must be paid for on the current selling price of the replacement tire to continue coverage on all previously purchased tires. Any time a tire is replaced under the warranty, the customer will be liable to pay current tire disposal fees.
