Store Manager Openings are available at our Kailua-Kona and Kamuela locations.
The Store Manager is responsible for all aspects of location management and operations, ensures the store is operating profitably and efficiently. Maintaining superior customer service is crucial to this position and underlies all Store Manager work activities and duty areas.

Promote Store Sales & Develop New Business
Oversee & Supervise Store Employees
Oversee Counter Operations
Oversee Tire/Wheel/Mechanical Repair & Installation
Manage Store Opening and Closing
Manage Store Inventory
Ensure Store Safety
Oversee Store Financial Operations
Communicate Store-& Company-wide
Other: Oversees other important duty areas; including, employee training, vehicle troubleshooting and diagnosis, store maintenance, and store advertising and marketing.

Work Environment
Be able to work indoor and outdoor areas that require exposure to dust, fumes, gases, hazards and changes in temperature. Work at various heights and in areas that contain moving machinery and air generated vibrations. Performs job duties requiring personal protective equipment (for example, safety glasses).
Works after store hours as necessary (for example, to coordinate store response to after-hours calls and to respond to store alarms).
